At Iloilo City Flower Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering fresh, high-quality products with care and timeliness. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise with perishable goods. If there is a problem with your order, our customer service team is ready to assist and resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
Refund Policy
Order Cancellations:

5 or more days before delivery
Eligible for a full refund, minus a service charge of either USD 15 or 10% of the total amount—whichever is greater. -
3 to 4 days before delivery
Eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. -
Less than 3 days before delivery
No refund will be issued due to preparation and handling of perishable items.
Return & Replacement Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order for a valid reason, we can replace the item under the following conditions:
You are eligible for a replacement if:

The item was faulty or not as described

The item was damaged during delivery
To qualify for a replacement:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

The item must be returned within 3 working days

No refund will be issued for perishable goods
